Group Classes

Join Michelle, a highly trained movement educator with over 30 years of experience guiding adults through embodied, conscious practices.

Dance – learn technique and move with rhythm and expression! Several classes offered for adults of all levels.

Qigong – Supporting energy cultivation, grounding, and inner strength through breathwork connecting all systems in the body through attention & intention.

Tao Yin Yoga – Gentle stretching, fascia release, and meditative movement combined with breathwork to encourage deep relaxation and balance.

Michelle’s journey through chronic pain and hip surgeries led her to discover Qigong as a powerful, medication-free path to healing, inspiring her to dedicate her life to helping others reclaim their energy, mobility, and personal healing power.

Her work is expressive, spiritual and grounded in the belief that movement is medicine — and that everyone can find their own Flow.

Meet Michelle

Michelle Mitchell is a Dance Artist, Movement Educator, and Energy Practices Guide with over three decades of teaching and performance experience.

Through Spirit Movz, Michelle brings together decades of mastery in Dance, Qigong, Tao Yin Yoga, and Conscious Movement to help students reconnect with their natural flow, expand mobility, and awaken inner vitality.

Biofield Tuning Therapy

Michelle is currently studying under Eileen McKusik’s teachings (Electric Body, Electric Health and Tuning the Human Biofield) and will soon offer private in-person and remote Biofield Tuning sessions.

These sessions use sound to help clear energetic blockages, release stagnant patterns, and harmonize the personal biofield, supporting both physical and emotional well-being.
