Prior experience is not needed. Dance and classes begin at a foundational level and gradually build week by week. Qigong and Tao Yin Yoga classes are beginner-friendly in every class, making it easy to join from the beginning or do drop-in’s when it’s convenient for you.
-
Qigong and Tao Yin Yoga are gentle, grounding practices focused on breath, awareness, and ease of movement. Dance classes are more energetic and movement-based, offering a higher level of physical engagement while still allowing participants to move at their own pace.

Yes. Michelle’s classes welcome a wide range of ages and bodies, including many participants over 60. Qigong and Tao Yin Yoga are taught with options and modifications to support different abilities and needs. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.
For Qigong and Tao Yin Yoga, layers are helpful and participants are encouraged to wear what feels most comfortable—many people prefer bare feet, soft shoes, or socks. You’re welcome to experiment and see what works best for you. You may wish to bring a yoga mat, water, and any personal props such as a cushion for extra comfort.

Biofield Tuning
-
Biofield Tuning is a therapeutic technique that uses sound and vibration to balance and restore the body’s energetic field, or “biofield.” Practitioners use tuning forks to identify and address areas of imbalance, helping promote overall wellness.
-
During a session, Michelle assesses the client’s biofield, which extends several feet beyond the body, and uses calibrated tuning forks to create specific vibrations. These sounds interact with the energy field, helping release blockages, stored emotions, and supporting the body’s natural self-healing processes.
-
Michelle works with individuals seeking self-healing, stress relief, emotional release, pain relief, improved sleep, or heightened awareness of their energy. It can be especially helpful for those carrying unresolved emotions, chronic tension, or seeking personal growth.
-
Many clients report deep relaxation, increased energy flow, emotional release, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves. Some also experience enhanced spiritual awareness and clarity in their physical, emotional, and energetic states.
-
Biofield Tuning integrates both. Michelle combines scientific principles, including research into energy fields and neuroscience, with spiritual practices that encourage connection to oneself and the universe. The practice addresses the body as both a physical and energetic being.
-
Anyone interested in holistic healing, emotional and physical wellness, or self-awareness can benefit from sessions with Michelle. Whether seeking stress relief, pain management, emotional clarity, or a deeper spiritual connection, Biofield Tuning can support a transformative healing journey.
