I had a pretty special experience today. I had a Biofield tuning session by Michelle at Spirit Movz. OMG. I highly recommend it. It was intense, super emotional, freeing and such an eye opener of every trauma I still had stuck since I was a child. {Yeah, I am not new to horrible shit happening to me-it started as early as 6 years old for me}. Never realized how strongly I was still stuck in all of that. I feel like I am in full blown detox tonight. My body definitely let some shit go. (Perfect with Venus retrograde starting tonight). And no- it’s not “woo -woo bullshit”. We are pure vibrational beings and this is energy work by someone who really knows what she is doing. With so much compassion. (I bawled my eyes out at some points, lol- in a good, release way). I feel mentally so much lighter tonight. I might just get a decent night’s sleep tonight. also definitely taking both my girls for a session!
