What Sets Our Retreats Apart

01 / Movement as Medicine

This Retreat isn’t about pushing, perfecting, or keeping up. Every practice is designed to support your nervous system, encourage movement, and help your body release at its own pace — exactly where you are.

02 / A Thoughtfully Curated Flow of Practices

Each element of the day builds intentionally — from grounding Qigong to sound-based integration — allowing the body, mind, and energy system to unwind and reset without overwhelm.

03 / Deep Experience in a Safe, Supportive Space

Led by Michelle Mitchell, with over 30 years of experience in Dance, Qigong, and Embodied Movement, this Retreat offers knowledgeable guidance within a warm, inclusive environment where you are free to move, rest, and simply BE.
