The Lotus Rising Retreat is a one-day immersive wellness experience designed to support growth, creativity, and connection as we welcome spring.
Mixed with opening ceremonies, yoga, qigong (including breathwork, meditation, movements & postures), Spirit Movz, dance, sound baths, meditation and spiritual healing modalities. Early coffee social to start the day, lunch, gift bags and Life Infused Connections!
Set in the grounding energy of Willow Roots Wellness in Grand Bend, the day unfolds with a balance of movement, reflection, creativity, and rest.

No experience is required. All practices are guided and accessible, with options offered so you can move in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for your body.

The day begins with a guided movement class to gently wake up the body. The rest of the retreat focuses on slower, mindful practices, breathwork, and rest. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and rest whenever needed.

Comfortable clothing you can move in, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cozy (sweater, socks, small pillow, blanket). Yoga mats and props will be available, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Yes. A nourishing lunch, along with snacks, coffee, and tea, is included so you can feel supported and present throughout the day. We recommend bringing a water bottle.

Absolutely. Many participants come on their own. The retreat is designed to feel safe, welcoming, and supportive whether you arrive solo or with a friend.
